Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
